What type of corporate housing do you offer? 

Avenida Suites provides fully furnished homes in condominium and upscale apartment communities designed to provide the feeling and convenience of home. Our guests typically stay from 30 days to 6 months or more.  Our suites are fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay including all utilities, bedding, dishes, and many amenities.

What makes this different from an extended stay hotel in Tampa?

At Avenida Suites, our corporate housing units are typically twice the size of hotel rooms and many times are up to 50% less than the cost of similarly equipped hotel accommodations. You get the comforts of conveniences of home, which may include your own private parking spot and / or garage, a private mailbox and neighbors that don’t come and go on a daily basis.

What kind of selection would I get?

We specialize in catering to the needs of our guests. We have many different styles of condos, town homes, and apartments available; each has its own unique interior design and decor.  Most are 1 and 2 bedroom units, but if larger accommodations are needed, we will try to satisfy your needs.

Are office/computer desks available?

 Yes, many of our suites already have desks and chairs, space permitting. However, if one is not there, it can be made available.  Extra charges may apply.

Do you have cribs or amenities for children?

Yes, extra furniture is available to customize your space.  Extra charges may apply.

Do you have grocery or cleaning services?

Yes, extra services can be made available if needed. Extra charges may apply.

How much are phone or Internet services?

We provide high-speed Internet service free of charge to our customers. Since most people have cell phones, we do not include phone service as a standard feature; however, it can be made available for your convenience.  Extra charges may apply.

Do you provide security services?

Many of our locations have controlled entry into the communities and some include security officers who patrol the premises.

Do you offer weekly rates?

No, unfortunately we do not.  Our services are tailored to customers that require accommodations for an extended stay of at least 30 days, with most staying for 3 - 4 months and some as long as 6 months.
